With the purchase of a Morrel instrument you chose quality. We know that buying an instrument is a big decision. We grant a one year warranty on all of our instruments so you can be confident that you receive only the best quality of material when buying Morrel.

All instruments come with a warranty card. Please store this card along with proof of purchase in a safe place and follow the care instructions for your instrument closely. In case of a potential warranty issue, please contact us before contacting any third party workshop.

TERMS

 

We grant a warranty on all Morrel instruments for the duration of one (1) year from the date

of purchase, which covers all defects that can be attributed to faults in material or craftsmanship. This includes repair of cracking in instruments made from wood and/or wood composite.

Excluded from warranty claims are the following:

Damage due to faulty or insufficient maintenance and care.

Damage due to external force, which includes environmental influences and any other outer force.

Damage caused by any physical influence to the instrument.

All parts which are subject to wear and tear such as pads, reeds, corks, etc...

All claims made under this warranty must be made to Moe-Bleichner Music Distribution. The customer may also contact the dealer from whom the instrument was purchased.

All claims for defects must be made within a period of two (2) weeks of the event of the defect.

All warranty claims must reach Moe-Bleichner Music Distribution with proof of purchase such as a

receipt of purchase, or purchase invoice as well as a filled out warranty card in order to be considered and honored. Inquiries regarding the terms may be made without.
