Where are the instruments made?We spent years communicating with different factories and our German trained instrument makers spent many hours choosing the best possible models for our line before we settled on our current partners. We eventually found great partners in China who share our dedication to quality. We never buy bottom tier, even though this is the prices we are competing with. Smaller margin for us, better instruments for you!

What's the catch? Why are your prices so much lower than comparable ones from other brands? Most instruments, namely student instruments, are made in China and there is huge varietion in quality in material and attention to detail in the assembly. So the first step was to find a good, trustworthy partner. Then we completely skipped the first few tiers of instruments you can buy – quickly and cheaply produced, resold in the US to make maximum profit. That is not who we are. But we know these are the prices that we are competing with, and many parents just don’t have the luxury of being too choosy. This is where the pricing comes in. We are a small family owned and operated business. We don’t have an army of road reps, and we don’t have an overblown and costly overhead. We don’t have shareholders to keep satisfied with ever-growing returns, and we don’t need huge profit margins for our family to live happy lives. This allows us to offer such high-quality instruments to you at extremely competitive prices. We believe that every player deserves an instrument that is a partner in musical joy and success, not an obstacle to overcome. It is our goal to make quality musical instruments accessible to everyone. That is why we started Morrél.

Do you offer a warranty? We sure do! We grant a one year warranty on all of our instruments so you can be confident that you receive only the best quality of material and craftsmanship. All instruments come with a warranty card that you should store in a safe place for the rare case that you need to make use of it. You can read our full terms here.

Why Morrél? What does it mean?Pierre Morrél is a merchant in The Count of Monte Christo by Alexandre Dumas. He's one of the few characters that never betrayed Edmond Dantés throughout the book and is honest and upstanding in his dealings. This inspired our name, as well as our logo - a trading ship.
-
Do you offer special school pricing? We do! Our instruments' sturdy construction, good intonation, and beautiful sound makes them perfect for a classroom environment. We are set up for school bidding and work with a variety of schools all over the country. Please send us an email if this is something that is of interest to you. contact@moe-bleichner.com We'd be happy to provide you with pricing, more information, as well as comparison sheets to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Can I get Morrél at my local music store?Hopefully soon! We are currently working on expanding our dealer network. If you'd like to see Morrél in your local music store, please don't hesitate to ask them to reach out to us. We are a small family business with a five person team and don't have the resources that the big names in the industry have. This allows us to keep our margins small and prices low but also makes it trickier to cover ground. In the meantime you can get Morrél online. We offer mail trials as well. Learn more about our trials here.

I don't see what I'm looking for... Do you have more models coming?Absolutely. We will expand the line in time, always making sure that everything we put our name on meets our high standards. If there is something you're looking for, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Getting feedback from players like you is always welcome and helps us prioritize things!

Who selects the instruments? We have two German trained instrument makers on our team who select and vet the instruments thoroughly.
