Still it offers players and their audience a beautiful rich and rewarding sound. The modified conservatory key system includes the left hand F, an F resonance key, an articulated B-C# mechanism, and the low Bb key.

Morrél oboes have silver plated keywork to avoid exposing players to harmful nickel silver plating that is often found on oboes of a similar price range.
